  3. to be honest, I started working out at a gym and I got a little obsessed so I’m exercising 1 – 2 hours 6 days a week . my body changed completely but I will not stop, I love my muscles and my little sixpack too much 😉

  4. but of course, you don’t need to do that to keep your body in shape . 3 strength and cardio workouts a week (about 20 minutes or more) are enough in my opinion . 🙂

  5. Great workout! Although not full-leg, it really targets the hips and glutes. Would have liked to have seen come hamstring in place of the 2nd set of bridge work.
