  1. This is great for mums that are less than 6 months postpartum too, as their joints may still be affected from the Relaxin hormone, so the low impact is great for them to avoid injury 🤱💪🏼❤️

  6. Hey Amy, do you think you could do a beginner butt workout video?

    I’ve tried other workout videos, but yours are more effective for me; they include warm ups and cool downs and you do the excercises with us rather then give a short demo then move on.

    Please consider it and keep motivating everyone!
