FABULOUS workout, Amy!!ย  I just did this 10m k-bell workout, combining it with your 20m Full Body K-Bell Shred and got a GREAT 30m workout!!ย  I really need the extra help in the love handle area and the exercises we do in this one are soooo fun!ย  I especially enjoyed the last reps of plank/reach-thru’s…..first time I’ve done those and LOVED it!!ย  Thank You again for your videos–Just Love You!!   6. Good little workout! Attempted this with my big kettlebell but it felt so awkward! It’s BIG! Also was doing this at work not realizing there would be floor work; with that said, do you have a routine that is standing only that utilizes a kettlebell or bands only? I don’t keep weights at work (only 1 bell and a set of mini-bands). Thanks!

      Luz Delgadillo Absolutely. Iโ€™ve been working out 3 times a week for 3 months now and all Iโ€™ve ever followed are Amyโ€™s kettlebell workouts (plus keto). Theyโ€™re so easy to follow too. Choosing from 50 kettlebell workout videos also helps so I never get bored. Can mix and match etc etc. seen a huge change in my muscle tone and the way I fit into my clothes. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜
