I have been having a lot of trouble getting motivated after a weight gain but I know I will only be healthier if I lose those 15 lbs, and working out with you is fantastic. Did it!! Used two dumbbells for the row to mountain climbers. Especially liked the weighted side lunges, alternating, works well for my knees!!
