    I love this new set of Bikini workouts! Especially that you’ve added in stretches! I do 4 together as a set to really get me working! I do get really sore wrists from push up position however, would that be a wrong technique thing?
    Thanks girls!! Without you I’d have no high intensity work out options as I live in rural Australia with no gym for hours!!
